FRP plastic grating is available in a variety of resins, standard and custom colors, depths, panel sizes and mesh configurations. Surface options include a meniscus both of which offer superior, slip resistant footing. FRP molded grating is used in place of traditional materials for a FRP solution that fits a wide range of applications and environments.

How to choose FRP grating
1, to determine the need for FRP grille plate is used for what, that is, to clarify its use objectives. For example, the manufacturer of the car wash to buy the grille plate is ready to use the grille plate as the load plate of the car wash.
2, after determining the use of FRP grille, it is time to determine the size and specifications of the grille plate used. Through the relevant introduction of the manufacturer, you can have a certain understanding of the grille plate, such as in the car wash, you can choose a 2.5cm thickness grille plate or a 3.8cm thickness grille plate. In the electroplating equipment factory, the 2.5cm thickness of the grid plate is commonly used. And in sewage treatment plants, chemical plants are often 3.8cm thick grille plate.
3. After selecting the appropriate thickness of the FRP grille, the size of the grille plate should be calculated. Like in a car wash. The size of a car wash is mostly 1.220m*2.440m, and the size of the FRP grille is 1.220*3.660, which needs to be cut before it can be put into use.
4, choose the appropriate raw materials to make the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille plate that meets the requirements, such as the grille plate used in a chemical plant or a sewage treatment plant, you need to choose a resin with high corrosion resistance for production.
